What's Next? A Note From ABAI
If you haven’t yet registered for ABAI’s convention May 23–27 in Chicago, Illinois,
we hope you will do it soon—lower-cost pre-registration ends April 30.
There are also more than 70 pre-convention workshops to choose from—these require separate registration, and this year the cost of continuing education (CE) credits is included in each registration fee. Workshops cover diverse topics, from dementia care to behavior analysis technology and apps, from teaching social skills to training for peak personal and physical performance. You’re sure to find something that interests you!
In addition, this year ABAI hosts a Leadership Seminar, which kicks off Friday, May 23, with a 6-hour module: Leadership and Cultural Change in Organizations/Private Sector. The Friday module requires separate registration, and 5.5 CE credits (BACB and/or PSY) may be purchased as a package for only $50. In addition, the leadership theme will continue on Saturday and Sunday as part of the regular convention programming.
We look forward to seeing you in Chicago!
Thank you to our speakers and attendees for another successfule conference. Congratulations to Joe Spradlin, recipient of the 2014 Outstanding Contribution to Behavior Analysis in Kansas Award! And finally, thanks go to Todd Merritt for his service as secretary. Todd will be passing the torch to Jessica Foster for 2015.
